Imagine the perfect day in Vail Village. Wake up. Grab a coffee at Two Arrows. Hike up Strawberry Lane to meet Berry Picker on Vail Mountain or go to the free outdoor yoga at Solaris by the great Gravity Haus instructors (Saturdays). Then join us at Root & Flower for brunch!

Chef Matt has made an amazing menu featuring some of his favorite recipes from both family and traveling. The Biscuits & Gravy and Shrimp & Grits are specialties from his upbringing in the South, the Chilaquiles are straight from his vacations in Mexico, and the Rise & Shine bowl with lemon curd & fresh berries is the lighter, tart treat you need every once in a while between those meals. Not to mention, you can enjoy our fresh oysters from both East & West Coasts as a starter with your Mimosa to really get the juices flowing. Speaking of juices, our bar team squeezes oranges, grapefruits, lemons & limes daily to bring you the freshest start to your day. They make a house Bloody Mary mix that we can make spicy or not, with vodka or tequila, as well as any cocktail from our amazing regular cocktail list. Because that's what brunch is all about, options. Go ahead, be that person who gets sparkling water, coffee, a mimosa and a bloody, because it's your day and every day is worth livin'.

After brunch, stroll the streets of Vail Village shopping for all your heart's desires. Our favorite spots include J. Cotter Gallery, Perch & Grey Salt, Kemosabe and Golden Bear. On Sundays, the Vail Farmer's Market runs until 3:30pm and is full of amazing local farms and purveyors for everything from peaches to jewelry to dog treats! By now, you'll probably need an afternoon pick me up so we would head back to Two Arrows for their infamous Carajillo, an espresso foam party in your mouth. And then, you'll be all set for a great night out on the town!
